Payment will be made via PayPal Invoice, in case of large scale commissions (or multiple ones), the full price will be split into two payments upon previous discussion.

The payment invoice will only be sent once I have approved the request and received all the necessary references.

All commissions will require visual references (Character Sheets/Pinterest Boards, Moodboards, etc). Requesting a character design from scratch can be arranged, but the price will vary significantly. Further information such as texts, color palettes, bios, poses, etc are heavily encouraged.

Upon accepting the commission and receiving the references I will work on a couple (2 to 3) thumbnail sketches based on the client’s request, after consulting with them I will move on to the final image. In the case that none of the proposed options are chosen, I will request further instructions in terms of posing/expression. Please keep in mind that smaller commissions (shoulder-up) do not allow a lot of freedom in terms of posing.

All major changes must be requested during the sketching phase, these includes changes in posing, clothing, hairstyle. Minor alterations (ex. eye color, small accesories) can happen further on.

Feel free to let me know of all the necesary changes that need to be made once you receive the sketches. Feedback is encouraged.

Once the sketch has been approved, the client will receive an estimated timeframe for the date that the commission will be completed. Any delays on my part due to external factors will be notified in time via e-mail. Timeframe varies from 3-4 weeks depending on the N° of commissions I'm working on at any given time.

Any delays on feedback (on the client's part) will add up time for the completion of the final image.

Full refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete the commission and will be informed accordingly. Same goes for any unexpected delays on my part.

The prices reflected on this page are meant non-comercial use only, meaning that the work provided cannot be used for profit (re: used in merchandise, resold, etc)

You CAN post the images on your social media, use them as icons, print them for yourself or give them to someone else as a gift.

I reserve the right to share the finished commission on my social media pages and on future commission posts. If you're not comfortable with this and/or if the commission is meant to be a surprise for someone, let me know.
